Background

In my late twenties a minor but chronic injury prevented me from participating in my favorite activities. After surgery and still not fully recovered, I turned to Rolfing in the hopes it would allow me to regain my health.

My experience quickly exceeded my expectations and it was not long before I had enrolled in class at Boulder Colorado's Rolf Institute of Structural Integration. Finding the learning process an inspiration, I continue to enrich my practice by attending classes and workshops. Plus, I have recently returned to the Rolf Institute as an Assistant Instructor.

My Rolfing practice is composed of people of all ages and backgrounds. I am more than happy to visit with you at my office to answer any of your questions and demonstrate what Rolfing feels like, free of charge, during a thirty minute consultation.
